ECG Synthesizer (ECG_SYN)

An ESP32-based ECG synthesizer that generates physiologically accurate cardiac waveforms. Built with C++ and PlatformIO for embedded biomedical signal generation, based on the same EKG simulator used in Duke's BME teaching labs.
